Section docs

  1. Why we're doing thisSlides 1 to 4 (cover, where it lives, five reasons, the rule). 0:00 to 0:02 is the join buffer, then this section runs 0:02 to 0:06.
  2. How GitHub maps to Google DocsSlides 5 to 8 (two problems, the first four cards, the next four cards, the whole loop). 0:06 to 0:13.
  3. The whole loop, liveSlide 9 (Watch it once, in the browser). 0:13 to 0:22. Screen share in the shared practice repo, github.com/aimclear/github-practice.
  4. Hands-onSlide 10 (Your turn: open a pull request). 0:22 to 0:37, with a hard stop at 0:37. In pairs, in the shared practice repo, github.com/aimclear/github-practice.
  5. What stays out and where work goesSlides 11 to 13 (three things that never go in, committed a secret anyway, making your own repo). 0:37 to 0:43.
  6. GitHub DesktopSlide 14 (Same loop, from a folder on your laptop). 0:43 to 0:45. Slide walk only, no live demo.
  7. Letting Claude do the GitHub stepsSlide 15 ("Claude can do every step. Tell it what you're aiming for."). 0:45 to 0:50. Show a pre-recorded Claude PR. Live is a bonus if time allows.
  8. Wrap-upSlides 16 and 17 (before you go, questions). 0:50 to 0:54 for the wrap-up, then Q&A from 0:54 to 1:00, plus what happens after.
